We have successfully delivered a full end-to-end themed installation project for TOY WISHES LAND in a prime retail district.

Covering detailed structural design, custom in-house prop fabrication, IP character sculpture production and on-site installation, this article outlines how we overcame complex geometric challenges to translate creative concepts into durable, high-quality commercial art installations.

Built on a modular wood framing system, the project employs CNC plywood cutting and grid reinforcement for irregular architectural enclosures, curved forms and sculpture armatures. Precision layout and fabrication achieve millimeter-level dimensional tolerances to ensure seamless module assembly.

For long-span inclined structures, tall columns and other specialized forms, we optimized the internal load-bearing framework via structural engineering analysis, balancing a sleek lightweight aesthetic with full compliance with outdoor wind resistance, load capacity, safety and durability requirements.

During precision manufacturing, castle modules, cartoon IP characters, interactive staircases and other components are produced via dedicated unit-based custom fabrication, balancing efficiency and form accuracy.

Fine details including arched openings and decorative moldings are finished with precision carving and hand sanding to ensure every curve and edge strictly matches the design intent.

Large sculptures and mechanical components undergo 1:1 in-factory pre-assembly after base forming to verify interface compatibility and assembly precision, eliminating on-site fit-up risks upfront.
