As a professional custom display and prop manufacturer, we successfully executed the CKJK co-branded pop-up retail project, overcoming the core challenges of complex geometric fabrication and outdoor site requirements. As the primary visual centerpiece, the booth featured a 12-meter double-curved arched dome, complemented by a 2.8-meter diameter giant helmet art installation. Achieving global brand standards required meticulous attention to curved structural precision, high-gloss mirror finish paintwork, and seamless multi-material integration. Furthermore, the outdoor setting demanded rigorous adherence to city-center wind load and structural safety regulations—all while maintaining a highly compressed delivery schedule that tested our end-to-end project management and installation capabilities.
We systematically addressed these challenges across three dimensions: structure, craftsmanship, and quality control. The main frame utilized a modular steel system with CNC-bent arcs to ensure precision, while a 100% bolt-together assembly met site requirements for fire-free installation. The core helmet installation was crafted using integrated fiberglass molding finished with automotive-grade multi-layer paint to achieve a high-fidelity, mirror-like gloss. We strictly enforced a 1:1 full-scale factory pre-assembly to preemptively resolve 17 key technical issues, including connection tolerances and lighting integration. Supported by precise lighting deployment and a comprehensive color management system, we completed the on-site installation 12 hours ahead of schedule, with both the aesthetic fidelity and structural integrity receiving top-tier approval from the brand.
