As a professional manufacturer of custom commercial displays and props, we were commissioned to bring the Haiya Mega Mall Christmas installation to life. With the client providing the original scene design, we delivered a comprehensive one-stop solution—from manufacturing large-scale Christmas props and crafting kinetic holiday installations to the complete on-site assembly of the mall’s festive decor. This outdoor plaza project featured multiple impressive components, including a rideable kinetic carousel, a giant golden Pegasus sculpture, a spectacular starlight centerpiece, and a snow-capped fairytale cabin. Given the continuous operation of the rideable carousel, the large wind-facing surface area of the Pegasus sculpture, and frequent physical interaction from visitors, structural safety was our top priority. To ensure absolute stability and compliance with outdoor commercial facility regulations, we engineered load-bearing trusses using thickened galvanized square steel tubes and built independently reinforced bases for all kinetic equipment. Furthermore, we integrated diagonal supports and widened counterweight bases for the sculptures, successfully completing rigorous wind resistance calculations. Our modular disassembly and assembly system completely eliminated safety risks such as tipping or mechanical jamming.
Throughout the production process of these large-scale Christmas props, we utilized low-voltage embedded LED strip lights with hidden wiring neatly concealed within the structural frames. This resulted in rich, multi-dimensional nighttime lighting that perfectly integrated into the mall’s overall Christmas decoration system.
Before leaving our factory, all kinetic Christmas installations and accompanying props underwent a complete 1:1 scale pre-assembly. This rigorous quality control allowed us to proactively correct any splicing misalignments, uneven brightness, or assembly deviations. During the on-site phase, multiple installation teams worked in synchronized, staggered shifts to perform parallel tasks—including sculpture hoisting, mechanical assembly, and cabin construction.
