We are a professional custom display fabrication factory. We undertook the DIOR “Dream Parade” outdoor pop-up project, managing the full-scope production and on-site installation of interactive mall displays, circular pop-up pavilions, starlight metal frameworks, thematic sculptures, and product showcases, based on designs provided by the client. To address challenges such as the limited wind stability of the large-span arc steel structure, visible seams in irregular mirror-finish stainless steel joints, potential color variations in the custom gold-painted finishes, and the tight construction schedule, we integrated internal steel keels with weighted bases for structural wind-load verification, utilized CNC precision-split components with interlocking tabs to achieve seamless joints, and strictly matched proprietary brand color swatches with batch-verified calibration. Furthermore, we conducted a 1:1 pre-assembly and full lighting synchronization test at our factory to ensure flawless on-site execution.
The visual display installations utilize a composite process of stainless steel, tempered glass, and outdoor-grade substrates. All joints were meticulously polished for a seamless finish, with color consistency controlled to Δ E<1.1. Independent lighting circuits for interior and exterior zones ensure a premium brand aesthetic, whether by day or night, successfully delivering the high-end theme installation. With all components pre-debugged before shipping, our multi-crew team executed synchronized hoisting and installation on-site. We met the grand opening deadline without disrupting the mall’s pedestrian traffic or the operations of surrounding tenants.
