Project documentation received by Ixmore Art is used solely for legitimate business purposes, including project evaluation, engineering review, quotation preparation, production planning, manufacturing, quality control, packaging coordination, logistics support, and customer service.Ixmore Art does not claim ownership of client-provided intellectual property simply because such materials are submitted for quotation or manufacturing.

Unlike standardized retail products, custom fabrication projects often involve unique engineering solutions, specialized materials, hand-crafted production processes, and project-specific manufacturing techniques.
During the engineering and production process, Ixmore Art may recommend reasonable technical adjustments intended to improve structural integrity, manufacturing efficiency, installation feasibility, material availability, or long-term durability. Clients are responsible for making payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in adjustments to production planning, procurement schedules, manufacturing timelines, or project delivery dates.All applicable banking charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, or other transaction-related expenses shall be allocated in accordance with the agreed commercial terms between both parties.
Ixmore Art is committed to providing professional engineering support, high-quality manufacturing, and reliable customer service throughout every project. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the scope of services and obligations expressly agreed upon between both parties.Ixmore Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, project delays caused by third parties, or other commercial losses beyond our reasonable control.
