Shipping & Delivery

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Ixmore Art specializes in the custom fabrication of commercial installations, public art, holiday decorations, event props, experiential environments, and other large-scale custom manufacturing projects. Because every project is manufactured according to the client's unique specifications, production, packaging, and international delivery arrangements may vary depending on project requirements.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the general principles that govern our production schedules, packaging practices, shipping arrangements, export documentation, and delivery procedures. It is intended to provide transparency throughout the logistics process and help clients understand how custom fabrication projects are prepared for international shipment.

Production Lead Time

Every project manufactured by Ixmore Art is custom-built rather than supplied from existing inventory. As a result, production lead times vary according to the specific requirements of each order.

Production schedules may be influenced by several factors, including:

▪Project complexity
▪Product dimensions
▪Manufacturing techniques
▪Material availability
▪Engineering requirements
▪Surface finishes
▪Production quantity
▪Prototype development (if required)
▪Client approvals
▪Seasonal production demand

Estimated production schedules provided during the quotation stage are based on the information available at that time. Final lead times may be adjusted if project specifications change, additional engineering work is required, materials become temporarily unavailable, or revisions are requested after production has commenced.Ixmore Art maintains close communication with clients throughout the manufacturing process and will provide production updates whenever appropriate.

Packaging Standards

Proper packaging is an essential part of ensuring that custom fabricated products arrive safely at their destination.Packaging methods are selected according to the size, weight, material characteristics, transportation method, and installation requirements of each project.

Depending on the nature of the products, packaging may include:

▪Protective wrapping
▪Foam protection
▪Bubble cushioning
▪Reinforced cartons
▪Wooden crates
▪Steel frames
▪Moisture protection
▪Corner protection
▪Internal support structures
▪Export-grade packaging materials

Where appropriate, packaging is designed to reduce the risk of movement, vibration, moisture exposure, or physical damage during international transportation.Special packaging requirements requested by clients may also be accommodated where commercially practical and agreed upon before production is completed.

Shipping Methods

Ixmore Art supports worldwide delivery and works with professional logistics providers to arrange transportation according to project size, destination, schedule, and customer requirements.

Depending on the project, available shipping methods may include:

▪Sea Freight
▪Air Freight
▪Express Courier Services
▪Multimodal Transportation
▪Client-appointed Freight Forwarders

The most appropriate shipping method will be determined after considering factors such as production schedules, shipment dimensions, delivery deadlines, transportation costs, and destination requirements. For international shipments, the applicable trade terms (Incoterms®), such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or other mutually agreed terms, will be specified in the final quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, or commercial agreement. The agreed Incoterm defines the respective responsibilities of both parties regarding transportation, risk transfer, and delivery obligations.Whenever required, Ixmore Art will coordinate closely with the client's designated freight forwarder or logistics partner to facilitate an efficient shipping process.

Shipping Documentation

To support international transportation and customs procedures, Ixmore Art prepares the shipping documentation required for each project in accordance with the agreed commercial terms and destination requirements.

Depending on the shipment, documentation may include:

▪Commercial Invoice
▪Packing List
▪Bill of Lading
▪Air Waybill
▪Certificate of Origin (where applicable)
▪Export documentation
▪Other shipping documents required by the destination country

The exact documentation provided may vary according to the shipping method, destination, local customs regulations, and contractual requirements.Clients are encouraged to review all shipping information carefully before dispatch to ensure that delivery details, consignee information, and other shipment instructions are accurate.

Customs & Import Responsibilities

For international shipments, customs clearance procedures and import requirements vary by country or region. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations applicable in their destination country.

Depending on the agreed commercial terms, clients may be responsible for:

▪Import customs clearance
▪Import duties and taxes
▪Value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other local taxes
▪Customs brokerage fees
▪Port handling or terminal charges
▪Inspection fees imposed by local authorities
▪Any permits, licenses, or approvals required for importation

Ixmore Art will make reasonable efforts to provide the shipping documentation necessary for customs clearance. However, we are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or shipment restrictions resulting from local customs procedures, regulatory requirements, inaccurate information provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Clients are encouraged to consult their customs broker or local authorities before shipment if they have questions regarding import procedures or documentation requirements.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method, destination country, customs processing, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other logistics-related factors.Any delivery timeframe communicated by Ixmore Art before shipment should be regarded as an estimated schedule rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

While we work closely with experienced logistics partners to support timely delivery, transportation is managed by independent carriers after the shipment leaves our facility. As a result, actual transit times may differ from initial estimates. If clients have project deadlines, exhibition opening dates, retail launch schedules, or installation milestones, we recommend discussing these requirements with our team as early as possible so that appropriate production and logistics arrangements can be considered during project planning.

Delivery Delays

Although Ixmore Art strives to complete production and arrange shipment according to the agreed schedule, certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

▪Severe weather conditions
▪Customs inspections or clearance delays
▪Port congestion
▪Airline or shipping line schedule changes
▪Transportation disruptions
▪Material supply interruptions
▪Government regulations or trade restrictions
▪Labor disputes
▪Public health emergencies
▪Other force majeure events

Where practical, we will keep clients informed of significant delays that may affect shipment schedules and will work with our logistics partners to minimize disruption whenever possible.Ixmore Art shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control once products have been released for transportation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are encouraged to inspect all products promptly upon delivery.

Upon receipt of the shipment, clients should verify that:

▪The number of packages matches the shipping documents.
▪Packaging appears intact without obvious signs of significant damage.
▪Product quantities correspond with the agreed shipment.
▪Any visible damage or shortages are properly documented before accepting delivery, where applicable.

If installation is scheduled for a later date, we recommend storing the products in a clean, dry, and appropriate environment until installation begins.Prompt inspection helps ensure that any transportation-related issues can be addressed efficiently with the relevant logistics providers.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If products arrive with visible shipping damage, missing packages, or other transportation-related issues, clients should notify both the carrier (where appropriate) and Ixmore Art as soon as reasonably possible.

To assist with the investigation, clients are encouraged to provide:

▪Photographs of the outer packaging
▪Photographs of the damaged products
▪Shipping labels
▪Delivery documentation
▪A description of the issue
▪The relevant order or project reference

Providing complete information allows our team to coordinate with the carrier and evaluate the situation more efficiently.Ixmore Art will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in resolving transportation-related issues within the scope of our responsibilities and the applicable shipping arrangements.
