As a professional custom mall prop fabrication factory, we proudly undertook the commercial Christmas display project for the Parc Central commercial center. We took full responsibility for manufacturing large acrylic Christmas decorations, installing holiday lighting systems, and providing complete on-site assembly for the mall’s festive installations. The centerpiece of the project was a giant polygonal transparent crystal ball, complemented by a gingerbread house, a reindeer sleigh, and snow-flocked Christmas trees, all strategically located in a high-traffic pedestrian zone. The giant spherical installation required exceptionally high splicing precision, and ensuring structural safety against accidental impacts in a busy area presented a major challenge. To address this, we engineered an internal load-bearing truss using thickened galvanized square steel tubes and added a widened, weighted base for maximum stability. Each acrylic panel was individually reinforced. The components were modularized for rigging and seamless assembly, and rigorous load-bearing calculations were performed to increase safety redundancy. This comprehensive approach effectively eliminated risks such as panel detachment or structural overturning, fully complying with strict safety standards for long-term commercial displays.
Throughout the project, we implemented standardized color control, flawless detailing, and systematic commercial holiday lighting setups. We customized exclusive color palettes featuring gilded gold, vintage red, and pure white. Both metal profiles and coated panels were painted in the same batch to ensure a uniform finish, achieving an overall color difference of $\Delta E \le 1.2$. The acrylic joints were fitted with sealing strips for invisible, seamless edges, and all metal welding spots were meticulously polished. Low-voltage LED strip lights were embedded within the 3D snowflakes inside the crystal ball and the surrounding cabin accessories, with all wiring completely hidden. This resulted in a flawlessly executed, complete Christmas lighting installation that delivered striking visual depth day and night, perfectly complementing the premium aesthetic of upscale commercial spaces.
