As a premier manufacturing facility specializing in custom mall props, we provided a one-stop solution for the “Fantasy Christmas” visual merchandising project at Elements mall in Hong Kong. Our comprehensive services covered the entire lifecycle of the commercial holiday display, from Christmas-themed scene creation and custom prop fabrication to complete onsite installation. Located in the mall’s grand atrium, the installation featured complex geometric Christmas trees, European-style castle cabins, and overhead suspended elements including gift boxes and oversized ornaments. Given the intricate curved designs of the custom trees and the strict load-bearing requirements for high-altitude rigging, structural safety was a major engineering challenge.
To address this, we constructed modular load-bearing skeletons using thickened galvanized square tubing and reinforced all suspended decor with heavy-duty steel cables, backed by rigorous load calculations. By utilizing a modular assembly approach, we completely eliminated safety hazards such as structural deformation and falling objects, strictly adhering to the safety and aesthetic standards of premium luxury malls.
The project relied on standardized color management and meticulous finishing techniques, paired with seamless lighting integration. Low-voltage hidden LED lighting was strategically integrated into the custom Christmas trees and castle display windows. By incorporating the lighting system directly into the overall fabrication process, we guaranteed a highly sophisticated, luxurious visual experience both day and night.
