Giant IP Art Installations: Custom Factory Fabrication to On-Site Turnkey Installation

As a one-stop manufacturer of commercial art installations, we delivered a full turnkey project for this oversized outdoor IP sculpture, covering every phase: segmented mold prefabrication of prop models, precision factory finishing, on-site hoisting & assembly, and integrated lighting execution. We manage the entire workflow independently, from raw white mold development to finished outdoor display handover.

During pre-production, our dedicated sculpture workshop fabricated the main statue in segmented components. To streamline long-haul transport and crane installation, we split the character’s torso, limbs and tiered helmet into standalone modules molded from high-strength fiberglass. Our artisans recreated authentic surface textures and intricate detailing, including fabric creases on the character’s shirt and hardware accessories. All raw white blanks undergo uniform precision sanding with strict tolerances for curved surfaces and joint alignment, laying a precise foundation for seamless outdoor assembly.

Once semi-finished modules arrive at the event plaza, modular hoisting and on-site assembly commence. Our crew utilizes heavy-lift machinery and scaffolding work platforms to lift torso and helmet segments in batches. Technicians align and lock all connection joints accurately, reinforce internal steel framing, and seal seams with waterproof filler. Multi-level scaffolding ensures safe, efficient overhead painting and assembly work. Complementary anniversary cake display props are fabricated and installed concurrently to complete the full immersive visual scene.

Final surface finishing and integrated lighting take place overnight. Our technical team applies multi-coat weatherproof topcoats engineered for outdoor rain and UV resistance. A tiered ambient lighting system is embedded throughout the sculpture; cool blue LED lighting accentuates the e-sports IP aesthetic with layered illumination on the statue’s silhouette, hands and helmet.
