For this shopping mall forest-themed immersive installation project, we delivered end-to-end execution including drawing refinement, in-factory custom fabrication and on-site installation of all art installations and commercial display props. This project integrates industrial manufacturing with commercial mall decor, demonstrating our precision craftsmanship and full-site delivery capability.

Precision Timber Framing to Solve Complex Irregular Geometry

Factory fabrication determines overall project quality. As seen in workshop records, intricate timber framing forms the internal support skeleton for large outdoor scenic structures.

Custom timber stud systems were engineered for conical towers and circular deck platforms. High-precision cutting and layered assembly perfectly replicate non-standard geometric specifications from design drawings.

Material Craftsmanship for Authentic Immersive Natural Textures

Once structural frames were complete, aesthetic detailing took priority. We deployed simulated bark texture coating, eco-friendly acrylic panels and solid wood veneer techniques to replicate lifelike tree and treehouse surfaces.

Focal point elements including custom red-roof cabins, safety Textilene rope netting, hyperrealistic giraffe and monkey sculptures, and irregularly shaped themed entry arches branded Treetopia and Wild Avenue, all feature high-definition sculpting and low-VOC protective coating.

Streamlined Delivery & Turnkey On-Site Commercial Activation

Prior to shipment, all oversized installations underwent full pre-assembly inspection in our factory before being disassembled into standardized modular units for secure transit. Our field installation team completed precision hoisting, modular assembly and soft furnishing finishing within a tight schedule.
