In the pre-production phase, we engineered full structural breakdown designs compliant with outdoor mall site specifications and official IP visual guidelines. Irregular sculptural elements including oversized bow archways, giant cake sculptures, apple slides and chocolate display stands feature galvanized steel load-bearing frames processed via CNC bending and seamless welding in-house, delivering wind-resistant structural stability for long-term outdoor deployment. For curved cartoon silhouettes, multi-layer wood board layered molding accurately replicates Hello Kitty’s signature soft rounded forms, eliminating stiff, distorted details common in mass-produced displays.

All fabricated components undergo premium surface finishing. Multiple coats of putty sanding precede multi-tone outdoor weather-resistant automotive-grade paint matching the brand’s iconic pink and red palette. Pre-wired integrated lighting modules are embedded throughout structures: diffused LED strip lights line archways while built-in light sources illuminate large character sculptures. Full lighting circuit testing is completed at our facility to resolve wiring risks in advance and ensure consistent night illumination performance.

After unitized pre-assembly and quality inspection, all props are disassembled into modular segments and shipped to the mall via dedicated night transport vehicles. Our field crew executes arch hoisting, sculpture assembly and themed booth erection upon arrival for rapid full-site installation.
