Urban Courtyard Props & Scene Displays

As the professional wooden cabin prop fabrication factory contracted for this project, we were responsible for the full scope of immersive scene production — including custom wooden cabins, landscape installations, and viewing decks — covering detailed fabrication, pre-assembly and disassembly, logistics, and on-site installation. The construction phase presented multiple technical challenges: cantilevered structural safety control, multi-material joint finishing, replication of non-standard custom forms, synchronized production scheduling across dozens of components, and installation across a sloped, stepped terrain. Each challenge was resolved through purpose-built solutions — steel-timber composite load-bearing systems, custom concealed edge-trim components, full-scale 1:1 pre-assembly at our facility, CNC-driven form replication, and modular panel-by-panel assembly — ensuring both structural integrity and visual accuracy that meet the standards required for long-term outdoor commercial operation.

The full-scene pre-assembly process was completed entirely within our production facility. Every cabin, arch sculpture, and fiberglass-reinforced themed installation was individually numbered and broken down into labeled modules, with lighting wiring pre-installed and full electrical testing completed at the factory. The vast majority of assembly and commissioning work was finalized before any piece left our yard, significantly compressing the on-site construction timeline. Given the real-world site constraints — high foot traffic in an active retail district, no access for large crane equipment, and restricted nighttime construction windows — our modular assembly system enabled multiple crews to work in parallel across zones simultaneously, keeping pace with the mall’s hard opening deadline. The entire cabin system was also upgraded with dedicated outdoor-grade anti-corrosion, waterproofing, and wind-load-resistant construction details, with standardized maintenance access points built in throughout to support routine long-term upkeep.
