Mall Treehouse Display & Themed Scenery

As the prop fabricator for the “Forest Treehouse” mall installation, we took full ownership of the themed scenic prop production and on-site installation across the entire space. Working from the client’s concept renderings, we faithfully recreated every signature element — the towering lifelike treehouse, climbing net walkways, interactive animal installations, and iconic archway — maintaining the highest standards throughout, from material selection and craftsmanship to structural safety, ensuring each prop delivers both visual impact and long-term durability.

All props were constructed using high-density, eco-friendly composite materials combined with fiberglass, flame-retardant EPE foam, and premium wood-grain finish coatings. Through CNC precision cutting, hand sanding, and multi-layer hand-painted spray finishing, we achieved authentic bark textures and layered foliage detail. During the full pre-assembly phase, we employed 3D modeling for structural load analysis. For complex engineering challenges such as the large treehouse cantilevered structure, we integrated concealed steel cable systems and multi-point anchoring to address center-of-gravity concerns. All climbing nets and platforms were built with high-strength materials, finished with anti-slip surfaces and rounded flexible edges, in strict compliance with amusement facility safety standards.

Throughout project execution, we prioritized seamless detailing and faithful scene reproduction, ensuring every joint and transition area blended naturally and invisibly. After factory fabrication and quality verification, props were packaged using professional modular disassembly methods with full shock-proof protection, guaranteeing zero transit damage. The on-site installation team worked with precision and efficiency, completing full prop alignment ahead of schedule to meet the mall’s construction timeline. Post-installation support includes a comprehensive maintenance manual and a replacement plan for wear-prone components, backed by weather-resistant materials and a routine upkeep program to keep the installation looking brand new for years to come.
