Project Scope & Engineering Solutions: Our team successfully executed the end-to-end custom fabrication and on-site installation for the “Romantic Town” immersive retail street, engineering specialized solutions to overcome complex structural and material challenges. To safely support the cantilevered “floating” cabins, we developed a heavy-duty galvanized steel framework featuring extensive safety redundancies and rigid ground anchoring. Shaping the giant ice cream shop and asymmetrical pointed-roof cabins required precise CNC mold-making and modular fabrication to achieve flawless curvature. Additionally, to seamlessly splice multi-material components—including FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), metal, and solid wood—we integrated precision expansion joints and weatherstripped waterproof channels, effectively eliminating the risk of water intrusion or material cracking over time.
Precision Execution & Quality Assurance: To guarantee a zero-defect deployment, every custom prop underwent a complete 1:1 full-scale pre-assembly and sequential numbering process at our manufacturing facility, eliminating the risk of on-site alignment errors. Because the installation took place in a highly trafficked, fully operational shopping center, our crews executed a staggered, off-peak build strategy that significantly minimized our footprint and eliminated daytime disruptions. The final aesthetic was perfected using multi-layered fluorocarbon (PVDF) coatings strictly matched to standard color cards; combined with refined textural detailing, the finished experiential space achieved an impressive 98% visual fidelity to the original architectural renders.
