As a specialized manufacturer of large-scale art installations, immersive environments, and commercial displays, our factory took full responsibility for the custom giant sculptural art installation at this commercial center. The project followed a “one device, one bespoke solution” approach, using a customized materials and craftsmanship system to ensure superior weather resistance and visual excellence from the ground up.
The fiberglass cat sculpture was crafted with food-grade unsaturated polyester resin and high-strength fiberglass cloth, formed as a single piece through vacuum infusion technology. Its surface features automotive-grade matte paint with 17 sets of Pantone colors meticulously calibrated for zero color deviation. The 8-meter-tall giant plush cat installation overcame large-area fabric sagging challenges through 3D cutting and an invisible internal support framework, perfectly balancing fluffy texture with structural stability. A multi-level structural safety system was also implemented: all steel components underwent third-party finite element analysis, ensuring the installation meets 12-level wind resistance and 7-degree seismic fortification standards, with 100% non-destructive testing on critical welds.
To address the uncertainties of on-site commercial construction, we conducted a full 1:1 pre-assembly of the entire immersive commercial scene in our factory. This allowed us to identify and resolve dimensional deviations, structural interferences, and other issues in advance. We invited the client and design team to review and fine-tune every detail on site. Once all components passed inspection, they were modularly disassembled, numbered, and shipped. Using a “factory prefabrication + on-site assembly” model, our professional team followed a detailed phased construction schedule, shortening the original 7-day installation period to just 5 days. We also provide one full year of free maintenance and 24/7 emergency response service.
