As a one-stop manufacturer for large-scale commercial art installations, we fully delivered the complete Mid-Autumn Festival seasonal display project for Yanheng Center Mall, covering design refinement, prop fabrication, integrated lighting systems, factory pre-assembly and on-site installation. Leveraging our mature industrial production workflow, we brought to life the oriental-style Mid-Autumn immersive scene Moonlit Floral Autumn.

During pre-production, we designed four core installations tailored to the open pedestrian flow of the mall’s outdoor plaza: a multi-tiered pavilion centerpiece, lantern arch walkway, giant moon rabbit cruise sculpture, and osmanthus-themed landscape vignettes. Our in-house workshops split structural fabrication into streamlined workflows. Steel teams cut and welded custom galvanized steel frames for the curved pavilion, arch and cruise structures, with strict control over curved profiles and load-bearing standards to ensure long-term outdoor structural stability. The woodworking shop simultaneously shaped pine tree forms and cruise hull molds for seamless integrated complex curved molding.

Once base forms were finalized, we proceeded to surface finishing and soft furnishing printing. Our UV printing workshop produced themed graphic barriers. Fiberglass and paint teams layered sanded and color-coated rabbit, osmanthus and pine sculptures. Warm lantern strip lights and neon linear lights were integrated into a unified lighting system, with pre-routed wiring slots for every fixture to balance atmospheric visuals and electrical safety. All components underwent full 1:1 pre-assembly on-site at our factory to verify joint gaps and synchronized lighting effects, correcting dimensional tolerances in advance to minimize on-site assembly risks.

All display components were shipped to Yanheng Center in batches for modular hoisting and assembly by our construction crew. Every element—from the oversized illuminated moon and 3D moon rabbit sculptures to full osmanthus floral landscapes and pine lantern archways—was installed efficiently, supported by precise data from factory pre-assembly. The finished warm-toned oriental scene features iconic Mid-Autumn motifs: full moons, osmanthus trees, moon rabbits and lanterns, optimized for social media photo opportunities and mall viral marketing.

This project delivered full end-to-end execution from design drawings to finished site installation. With integrated production capacity spanning steel framing, fiberglass molding, lighting engineering and soft decor, we delivered custom large-format outdoor commercial art installations on schedule. We created an eye-catching, durable immersive photo zone to power the shopping center’s seasonal holiday marketing campaigns.
