We are a factory specializing in shopping mall Chinese New Year decorations, artistic installations, and custom prop fabrication — handling everything in-house from production and pre-assembly to logistics, transportation, and on-site installation.
This project was installed in a multi-story atrium with an open void spanning several levels. Our team systematically resolved every major installation challenge: large-scale pavilion structures and suspended golden dragon installations were built on heavy-duty galvanized square tube frames with dual-redundancy rigging systems, and full structural calculation reports were submitted and approved by property management; complex sculptural forms and curved eave components were precision-fabricated using CNC mold-cutting and modular panel processing; a unified proprietary color system ensured consistent color matching across mixed materials, while concealed snap-lock connections eliminated visible seams for a clean, seamless finish. Full-scale 1:1 mock assembly was completed at the factory with all components numbered and labeled, lighting circuits were pre-tested before shipment, and on-site installation was executed during mall after-hours windows with multiple workflows running in parallel — keeping the project on schedule and eliminating costly rework.
Both immersive themed installations were delivered exactly as designed. A whimsical photo-op zone features a bunny sculpture, a floral arch bridge, and a tassel arch gateway, while a traditional Chinese street scene showcases a double-tiered pavilion, a gilded dragon, and cascading red lanterns — together creating an authentic Chinese New Year atmosphere. Every custom prop is finished to a high standard with no exposed construction marks or hardware. Zone-embedded lighting delivers two distinct visual experiences — day and night. Overhead suspended installations are safe and structurally sound. The full atrium display achieves a smooth visitor flow with strong visual layering, making it a standout New Year landmark and photo destination within the mall.
The installation quickly gained viral traction on international social media. Raw footage posted to TikTok generated 8.286 million video views within 7 days. The activation sparked over 4,200 organic UGC check-in posts across X (Twitter) and YouTube Shorts. Content distributed across Facebook and Instagram reached a combined 9.52 million impressions.
