Full-process smart fabrication of custom Veggie Summer Adventure props from design to production at art factory-01

As a one-stop commercial art installation manufacturer, we completed full R&D, production and on-site setup for all props and art sculptures of MixC Market Hall’s summer exhibition. We manage the entire workflow from structural modeling and factory prefabrication to on-site deployment, delivering precise 1:1 replication of design drafts under strict production standards.

1. Galvanized Steel Frame Fabrication: Secure Base for Large Sculptures

The core highlight is a giant curled storybook installation with complex curves and long cantilevers. We bend and weld galvanized steel into integrated frames, add reinforcing ribs to layered book panels and curved support columns, then conduct full load tests and anti-rust treatment. Flange joints are reserved at all splices, and the sculpture is split into modular parts to simplify transport and on-site assembly for oversized irregular artworks.

2. Multi-Stage Precision Finishing: Refine Shapes & Surfaces

After structural inspection, steel frames are sanded, leveled and filled to remove weld seams and sharp edges. We apply targeted processes for two prop types:

Market booths use solid wood frames and translucent panels, with pre-built service windows, light grooves and embedded wiring. In-factory pre-assembly verifies dimensions, movable structures and lighting to avoid on-site rework.

3. Full Factory Trial Assembly: Simulate Final On-Site Look

All finished parts are fully assembled in our workshop, including the curved storybook sculpture, cyan base, entrance arch and all market stalls. Technicians align printed graphics, adjust book curl angles, test booth doors and built-in lights, and fix assembly deviations to match design renderings perfectly. We also finalize packaging, loading and lifting plans for delivery.

4. On-Site Installation & Handover: Create Immersive Summer Retail Scenes

Post factory inspection, components are shipped to MixC Market Hall in batches. Our team quickly finishes hoisting, assembly, floor decoration and lighting debugging per pre-set workflows.

The full display set — landmark storybook arch, timber market stalls and cartoon pop-up shops — was successfully installed. Its playful, kid-friendly design became the mall’s top photo spot.
