To meet the client’s stringent standards for irregular forms and intricate visual displays, we adopted a 1:1 design replication production framework at project kickoff. Our factory carried out rigorous drawing detailing, breaking down the structural components of the signature sailboat and lighthouse art installations. We selected high-strength composite panels and custom perforated metal mesh as core materials, delivering superior wind resistance and outdoor weather durability while reserving structural space for backlit light effects.

2. Precision Craftsmanship: CNC Machining & Surface Finishing

During core production, large CNC carving and laser cutting machinery delivered precise cuts for multi-meter panels. Artisans manually trimmed intricate graphic details to guarantee seamless, smooth line transitions. Multi-layer baking paint and screen printing processes applied premium matte gold and deep red finishes, amplifying the dimensional depth of oriental wave and bird motifs under ambient lighting.

3. Modular Pre-Assembly & Quality Assurance

To eliminate on-site assembly risks across locations, our team built a simulated installation zone within the factory for full modular pre-fitting. Technicians trial-assembled segmented unit panels and repeatedly calibrated light fixtures and support frames to eliminate alignment gaps for irregular joint sections. This pre-production validation guaranteed seamless transit and installation from our workshop to Victoria Harbour.

4. Cross-Regional Delivery: Precise Site Installation & Final Integration

All oversized components were scientifically disassembled and shipped to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, our installation crew deployed professional hoisting gear to position primary structures accurately. Factory prefabricated modules were welded seamlessly to on-site steel frameworks, quickly assembling the complete art installation amid coastal winds. The finished piece stands as a striking waterfront art landmark, transforming industrial fabrication into high-impact commercial experiential decor.
