As a premier manufacturer of custom commercial props, we proudly took on the Christmas decoration production project for Halo Shopping Park, providing a one-stop solution that encompassed the fabrication of Christmas art installations, the execution of commercial holiday displays, and the complete customization and on-site setup of bespoke holiday props. The project featured a giant double-decker carousel in the atrium, multiple snow-covered gingerbread houses, flocked Christmas tree clusters, and luminous star ornaments distributed across multi-level escalators and the high-ceiling atrium. To address the engineering challenges posed by the massive carousel’s heavy deadweight and the complex aerial hoisting required in the atrium, we constructed a load-bearing skeleton using thickened galvanized square steel tubes. We reinforced the pillars following strict load calculations and widened the counterweight base to prevent tipping. By dismantling the components for segmented hoisting and precise positioning, we successfully conquered the core challenges of high-altitude assembly and structural stability, ensuring full compliance with long-term commercial display safety standards.
The project strictly adhered to standardized color control, seamless finishing, and integrated commercial lighting installations. We customized exclusive holiday hues—vintage red, gilded gold, and pure white—applying uniform spray painting to the same batch of raw materials to maintain an overall color difference of ΔE≤1.2. The spliced joints of the wooden cabin panels were treated with invisible edge banding of the same material, while the faux snow on the eaves was multi-layered and heavily reinforced to prevent peeling or warping. All LED strip lights featured concealed wiring and low-voltage safety power supplies, with independent light controls for the star-shaped fixtures. This meticulous attention to detail ensured a magical, immersive winter wonderland atmosphere both day and night, flawlessly bringing the entire commercial Christmas decoration solution to life.
To guarantee on-time delivery for the peak holiday season, all Christmas art installations and custom props underwent a 1:1 full-scale pre-assembly at our manufacturing facility. We simultaneously conducted 72-hour continuous tests, including lighting illumination and no-load operational checks on the rotating structures, allowing us to proactively identify and resolve potential issues such as joint misalignment, uneven brightness, and operational stuttering. On-site, we implemented staggered night-shift construction and synchronized multi-team operations.
