For the production of the immersive floral installation at MixC Shopping Mall, we assumed full responsibility for all physical fabrication and on-site execution of the botanical art. To accommodate the massive scale of the pieces—such as 3-meter-tall giant tulips and mushrooms—we utilized a composite manufacturing process combining high-performance Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and high-density EPS foam. By employing automotive-grade PU paint and conducting over 30 color-matching iterations, we accurately reproduced the matte and pearlescent textures of the macaron-inspired color palette. In terms of structural safety, we reinforced all sculptures with lightweight metal skeletons and large load-bearing bases. Where the installations met the mall’s mirrored flooring, we applied a flexible cushioning layer to ensure even vertical weight distribution and prevent surface damage. Furthermore, for areas adjacent to water fountains, we strictly implemented IP65-rated waterproofing and sealing techniques to completely eliminate any risk of electrical leakage or short circuits.
Regarding lighting and detailed finishing, we pre-embedded adjustable color-temperature LED modules within the giant flowers and mushrooms. Utilizing concealed molding techniques, we achieved a natural light diffusion that creates a shimmering reflection effect at night. To ensure a flawless on-site installation, a full-scale 1:1 pre-assembly was conducted at our manufacturing facility. During this phase, we successfully overcame the challenge of joining irregular shapes by applying composite epoxy putty to achieve perfectly seamless connections. In the logistics and transportation stage, the installation was modularly disassembled, individually coded, and shipped via dedicated direct transport to the mall. This meticulous process ensured that every piece of the floral display arrived in pristine condition, truly demonstrating our end-to-end delivery capabilities as a premier botanical art fabrication factory.
