During production, we conducted a full pre-assembly at our factory, utilizing laser cutting and 3D reverse scanning technology to control fabrication tolerances on irregular curved panels to within ±0.5mm. All on-site installation was scheduled during nighttime closure hours, with a 12-person professional team working in rotating shifts to complete assembly within 36 hours — while maintaining noise levels below 45 decibels to ensure zero disruption to normal mall operations.
