As a premier custom retail display and prop fabrication factory, we provided end-to-end manufacturing and installation for the Bangkok centralwOrld x LINE FRIENDS Christmas display. While the client provided the conceptual design, we delivered a turnkey solution encompassing commercial Christmas decoration fabrication, large-scale custom installations, and complete on-site assembly. Located in a high-traffic outdoor street area, the project featured a giant Christmas tree, LINE FRIENDS fiberglass IP sculptures, colorful fairy-tale cabins, and suspended inflatable ornaments. To combat strong outdoor winds and frequent physical interaction from tourists, we prioritized structural integrity. Our team engineered built-in load-bearing skeletons using thickened galvanized square steel tubing, added widened weighted bases for the sculptures, and integrated horizontal tension structures for the towering Christmas tree—all backed by rigorous wind load calculations.
The components were modularly divided for international sea freight and seamlessly assembled on-site, effectively eliminating risks of swaying or tipping while perfectly adapting to long-term outdoor display in a tropical climate.Furthermore, the Christmas tree, archways, and cabins featured fully embedded low-voltage hidden LED strip lighting with concealed wiring. This weather-resistant design eliminated electrical hazards associated with the tropical rainy season, ensuring the commercial holiday display delivered a vibrant, eye-catching visual experience both day and night.
Before shipping, all custom Christmas props underwent a 1:1 scale pre-assembly at our manufacturing facility, followed by lighting test run. This rigorous quality control allowed us to preemptively correct any assembly misalignments, uneven lighting, or surface fitting deviations.
