As a premier custom commercial prop manufacturer, we partnered with MixC Mall to deliver the “Snow-Capped Town” Christmas visual merchandising project. We provided an end-to-end solution, encompassing the fabrication of Christmas-themed installations, the execution of immersive experiential scenes, and the complete on-site installation of the mall’s holiday decor. The project featured a diverse array of custom props, including a snow-capped archway, a gingerbread fairy-tale cabin, giant ice cream sculptures, and snow-dusted Christmas trees, seamlessly creating a fully enclosed, interactive streetscape. Recognizing the structural challenges posed by the irregular shapes of the free-form curved sculptures and cabins—especially regarding high wind resistance and impact risks in an outdoor setting—we engineered internal support frames using heavy-duty galvanized square steel tubing. We utilized modular fabrication for all components, integrated widened counterweight bases, and conducted rigorous load-bearing calculations. This engineering approach significantly enhanced structural stability, ensuring the highest safety standards for long-term outdoor commercial displays.
The project strictly adhered to exclusive color palette controls and meticulous finishing techniques, perfectly paired with integrated lighting installation. We finalized a bespoke color scheme featuring caramel brown, vintage red, creamy white, and macaron blue. All panels and fiberglass (FRP) components were spray-painted in a single unified batch. Panel joints and ironwork welds were meticulously polished and invisibly edge-sealed, while the simulated cream and snow-capped roofs received multi-layer reinforcement to completely prevent warping or cracking. Low-voltage hidden LED strip lights were embedded directly into the archway’s illuminated signage and the cabin windows. This entire lighting system was flawlessly integrated into the mall’s overarching Christmas decor, creating a captivating fairy-tale town atmosphere both day and night.
