In the recent Petrus Coffee exhibition booth fabrication project, our factory—serving as the core provider for experiential marketing props, exhibition display fabrication, and custom event props—faced significant craftsmanship and safety challenges. For the giant coffee portafilter and coffee bean props, using solid metal would have resulted in excessive weight and logistical difficulties, while pure foam materials lacked a premium texture and were prone to damage. To resolve this, we innovatively applied a combined manufacturing process of high-density modified PU and fiberglass (FRP) lamination. This advanced fabrication technique achieved a high-end brushed metal texture while significantly reducing the overall weight, perfectly balancing striking visual effects with logistics efficiency.
Regarding interactive safety and brand visual restoration, our factory overcame two major technical hurdles: high-interaction load-bearing capacity and precision color matching. Conventional display props often fail to withstand frequent leaning, hugging, and sitting by visitors. Therefore, we embedded custom galvanized steel frames within all load-bearing components and conducted extreme weight tests exceeding 200kg, ensuring rock-solid structural integrity. To perfectly replicate the iconic Petrus Green, we utilized aviation-grade color tuning, employing multi-environment lighting simulations and seamless finishing techniques to completely eliminate color discrepancies under complex exhibition hall lighting. Furthermore, our in-factory pre-assembly and modular logistics ensured highly efficient on-site installation and reliable emergency maintenance capabilities throughout the exhibition period.
