As the custom exhibition fabrication and brand marketing prop manufacturer for this project, we provided comprehensive custom event production services for Miniso’s charity pop-up activation. During the execution phase, we navigated several significant on-site challenges. First, the complex outdoor environment—characterized by scorching sun exposure and a daily foot traffic of over 10,000 visitors—demanded rigorous standards for material weather resistance, precise brand color reproduction, and extreme durability. Second, the commercial district strictly limited installation access to overnight hours. This required us to complete a multi-module setup within a very narrow time frame, placing high demands on structural assembly efficiency and on-site adaptability. Third, the charity-themed setting needed to balance a soothing, healing aesthetic with meticulous physical details. Minimizing transit damage for multi-sized props, ensuring seamless joints, and flawlessly bringing the design to life were major hurdles, all while strictly adhering to the brand’s event schedule for a punctual launch.
To tackle these challenges, our factory leveraged its mature custom event production service system to overcome each obstacle step by step. For materials and craftsmanship, we selected high-fastness Oxford cloth and wear-resistant UV-printed PVC boards. This combination not only achieved an accurate color match of the brand’s signature sky blue, but also met the rigorous demands for outdoor sun and scratch protection. For structural safety, we utilized a modular aluminum alloy frame reinforced with bottom counterweights, making the installation capable of withstanding level 6 outdoor wind gusts, while the modular design drastically reduced on-site assembly difficulty. At the factory level, we conducted a 1:1 full-scale pre-assembly to verify all intricate details and seamless graphic alignments. Paired with shock-proof packaging, dedicated transport logistics, and a strategic nighttime entry plan, our team completed the entire scene’s installation and debugging in just 8 hours.
