As a premier custom fabrication factory, we undertook the “Tmall Wukong Cabin” space-themed project, executing the production and setup of large-scale art installations and themed event props,. The giant astronaut space cabin featured a massive span, making it vulnerable to outdoor deformation and cracking. Furthermore, the mecha-style multi-color paint was prone to bleeding, and the LED wiring risked structural interference. We successfully resolved these structural, painting, and wiring challenges by engineering an internal double-layer steel skeleton backed by wind-load calculations, utilizing modular reinforcement for seamless joints, applying precision masked spray painting matched to exclusive color codes, and designing pre-set embedded wire troughs.
For this outdoor pop-up installation, we strictly managed color accuracy, meticulously sanded and finished all seams, and utilized independent circuit controls for the contour lighting, flawlessly delivering the intended sci-fi atmosphere..Confronting the challenges of the 10-meter-tall giant “Tmall Wukong Cabin” pop-up activation, our factory successfully overcame critical technical hurdles like material cracking and wiring conflicts.
