As a professional commercial display and custom prop manufacturer, we proudly took on the “City of Flowing Light” shopping mall Christmas display project, providing a one-stop solution that included large custom commercial Christmas trees, custom lighting installations, and the complete fabrication and on-site setup of all holiday props. The project features a giant gilded, layered main Christmas tree, an illuminated archway entrance, tiered matching trees, and inflatable Santa figures, all beautifully arranged along a stepped walkway. Because the main tree was installed on a sloped surface, managing its heavy deadweight, wind resistance, and center of gravity presented significant challenges. To solve this, we engineered a layered load-bearing framework using thickened galvanized square steel tubing, reinforced the base with embedded anchors and lateral supports, and performed rigorous load calculations to guarantee structural safety. The modular, meticulously designed components effectively withstand physical impact and strong winds, fully complying with safety standards for long-term outdoor commercial displays.
We implemented exclusive color palette management, meticulous detailing, and systematic lighting installation. We developed a custom color scheme of gilded gold, dark green, and pure white. All structural profiles, artificial greenery, and painted panels were color-matched in a single batch to ensure a unified finish with a stringent color difference of ΔE≤1.2. The welded joints of the iron archway were ground, polished, and seamlessly edge-banded, while the LED strip channels were securely fastened to prevent any warping. To bring the complete Christmas lighting installation to life, all wiring for the archway snowflakes and the layered tree string lights utilized a safe, low-voltage hidden configuration. The result is a stunning, immersive, and romantic visual experience that delivers a radiant “flowing light” atmosphere both day and night.
