As a premier custom commercial display manufacturer, we partnered with The Landmark in Hong Kong to execute their holiday visual merchandising project. While the client independently provided the conceptual design, we took full responsibility for manufacturing the custom Christmas display props, fabricating the mall’s festive decorations, and managing the on-site installation. Situated in the mall’s central atrium, the project presented unique challenges, including limited space for large 3D installations, heavy foot traffic, and stringent structural safety requirements. To address this, we engineered split load-bearing trusses using thickened galvanized square steel tubing and manufactured oversized display props in modular sections. We incorporated reinforced bases, conducted rigorous load-bearing calculations, and hoisted components into the venue in phased batches. This strategic approach not only eliminated the risks of tipping or collision but also protected the mall’s high-end interior finishes.
Throughout the custom display fabrication process, we strictly adhered to proprietary color-matching controls, seamless edge-finishing, and integrated lighting construction. The entire suite of custom Christmas props and mall-wide holiday decorations were successfully installed and commissioned on schedule. By operating exclusively outside of peak foot traffic hours, our construction process caused zero disruption to the daily business operations of the surrounding luxury retail stores.
