We are a professional custom art installation factory, undertaking the fabrication and on-site assembly of a giant mecha sculpture for a touring exhibition. The mecha features a massive extended wingspan and faces significant outdoor wind pressure, while its complex armor structure is prone to visible assembly gaps and color inconsistencies. To thoroughly resolve these dual structural and visual challenges, we utilized a heavy-duty galvanized steel load-bearing skeleton and a widened, weighted base, supported by strict wind-load calculations. The entire anime art installation features a modular assembly design with seamless edge-sealing, and is uniformly painted to perfectly match the original color palette.
The entire bespoke art display production strictly adheres to rigorous color control. The armor’s panel lines and seams are meticulously polished to faithfully recreate the 3D model’s original layered texture. This craftsmanship is complemented by low-voltage directional spotlights for ambient night illumination, ensuring the mecha’s striking three-dimensional presence is highlighted both day and night. Before leaving our facility, all components undergo a 1:1 pre-assembly validation.
