We are a professional shopping mall props customization factory, undertaking the Cyberpunk themed block project of Yifang City, and are fully responsible for the processing of cyberpunk devices, lighting dynamic devices, and the customization and on-site construction of full-scenario shopping mall devices. The project consists of two core areas: a blue pixel arch passage and a warm yellow Rubik’s Cube lattice house. The difficulty is focused on the structural stability of the staggered square shape. We use built-in galvanized square tubes as the load-bearing frame, and use split reinforced corner codes to strengthen each square component. An additional cable-stayed fixed structure is added at the high-altitude corridor. Through load safety testing, we completely solve the installation problem of anti-collision and anti-deformation of the installation in the hollow area.
This project has targeted refined lighting processing and exclusive color card control. The blue pixel arch is equipped with an RGB diffuse reflection LED light strip, and the transparent plate is frosted and evenly processed to eliminate light and dark spots. The pixel words are layered and engraved with embedded lamp beads. The warm yellow Rubik’s Cube cabin uses double-layered uniform light acrylic sheets with constant warm white light. We have defined the standard color values of technological dark blue, light sky blue, warm orange and off-white, and the same batch of raw materials are sprayed uniformly, with a color difference of ΔE ≤ 1.2; all lights have hidden wiring and use low-voltage light sources, which complies with shopping mall fire regulations. At the same time, maintenance points are reserved to facilitate later operation and maintenance.
In order to avoid peak customer flow in the mall and ensure delivery time, all Cyberpunk devices are pre-assembled 1:1 in the factory, and a 72-hour continuous lighting test is carried out simultaneously to deal with hidden dangers such as splicing gaps and uneven brightness in advance. The site adopts modular disassembly and assembly, and a night-time staggered construction plan. The entire theme device was installed in just 10 days. The splicing interfaces are edge-sealed with the same material and invisible closed, and the metal frame is electrostatically sprayed and finished. The overall appearance is complete and unified.
After the project was launched, it created a new trendy check-in landmark in the business district. Within three weeks of its launch, a total of 22,000 user-generated check-in posts were produced on Instagram-related topics, the total views of TikTok’s creative short videos exceeded 38.6 million times, the number of X platform topic discussions exceeded 42,000, a single note of Lemon8’s store visit received a total of 26,000 likes, and the collection of YouTube experts’ store visits exceeded 12 million views. The total exposure across the entire platform exceeded 51 million, driving shopping mall weekend customer flow to increase by 68% month-on-month.
