To preserve visual quality through long-term outdoor display, our team — serving as the primary contractor for street art scenic props — solved one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: UV-induced color degradation in high-saturation orange coatings. By specifying automotive-grade polyurethane topcoats paired with professional application processes, and employing advanced multi-layer airbrush gradient techniques, we delivered the striking visual impact demanded by both the floating color sphere clusters and the oversized cartoon box installations. Whether functioning as grand-opening statement pieces or custom IP character props, every element maintains exceptional color fidelity under all-day, all-weather lighting conditions.
Confronting a centerpiece installation standing at nearly 20 feet tall, the project demanded that outdoor installation fabrication and freeform sculpture production meet the highest standards of structural integrity — without compromising complex artistic forms. The primary structure combines steel-pipe welded internal frameworks with aluminum composite panels and fiberglass shell components. A full-scale 1:1 pre-assembly and load-bearing test was completed at the factory, eliminating costly on-site rework.
