Warranty Coverage & Remote Support:
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damages from improper handling, local installation errors, or unauthorized reuse. Within the warranty period, we provide complimentary technical solutions, replacement hardware, and touch-up guidance.
For overseas clients, we implement a 24-hour rapid response mechanism via live video to assist your local crew with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Factory-level refurbishment can also be coordinated under mutually negotiated freight terms.
