Milestone Approvals: Production only begins after your official approval of the shop drawings, material samples, and finish standards. Throughout production, we provide transparent Work-in-Progress (WIP) photo and video updates, as well as final product inspection media for your sign-off before packaging.
Our Error-Free Guarantee: In the rare event of a deviation in dimensions or aesthetic effects caused by our fabrication discrepancy, we take full responsibility. We will remanufacture or rework the piece at zero additional cost to protect your project timeline and brand standards.
