Q4: Do you handle shipping and customs clearance? How do we coordinate the export process?

We offer flexible logistics arrangements based on your preferred shipping terms (Incoterms), specializing in two primary cooperation modes:
Option 1: Factory-Arranged Shipping (CIF / CFR / DDU): We handle full manufacturing, export-grade packaging, and arrange transit to your designated destination port or warehouse.
Option 2: Client-Nominated Freight Forwarder (FOB / EXW): If you have your own shipping agent, we will fully coordinate with them to complete customs declaration, cargo loading, and documentation handover.

We are highly experienced with customs regulations in the US, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We provide a comprehensive suite of compliant export documents to ensure smooth customs clearance, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Customs Declarations, and Certificates of Origin (CO).
