Q3: What are your accepted payment terms and methods?

Our standard payment structure is a milestone-based T/T (Wire Transfer) broken down as follows:
·40% Initial Deposit to initiate the project and design finalization.
·30% Material Payment prior to purchasing raw materials and launching production.
·30% Balance Payment upon successful quality inspection and before shipment.

To ensure transaction security and flexibility for our US and Southeast Asian clients, we also support:
·Letter of Credit (L/C) for large-scale commercial projects.
·PayPal for small-value sample orders.
